A: If the carpet has been vacuumed prior to power disconnection and it is a basic steam clean then, no, the truck mounts only need to be connected to a garden tap and they provide boiling water for the job. But if we need to vacuum or perform a scrub (industry standard) or restoration clean then, yes, power is required.

A: Yes, if the roads are sealed then any distance is achievable with our latest truck-mounted machines. If access to your property involves unsealed road travel, we can use a less modern machine attached to the back of a 4x4 off-road vehicle.
